Gallery 1 ~
   The American Revolutionary War

Within this gallery, you will find a number of items which are known to have been, or might have been, used by Patriot soldiers during the American Revolutionary War {1775~1783}. They come from the Collection of Larry D. Smith. By clicking on the thumbnail images, you can access additional pages which provide some information about the item(s), their history, and their uses.

Most of these items have been acquired, but a couple were handed down through the family. A favorite piece in this gallery is the linsey-woolsey blanket. I used it to create the background that I have utilized throughout the Mother Bedford website.
