Cutter or Chopper    Exhibit 2

This is another example of a cutter. Unlike the previous example, though, this one is shaped in the form of a "U" with the small ends of the dual "necks" pushed through two holes in the wooden handle. Over time, the wooden handle has split, causing the one "neck" becoming loose. This cutter is made of wrought iron / steel with a cutting edge that is basically flat. It does have a slight curve to the cutting edge, making it possible to use inside a large wooden bowl.
