Please Note: Of the various townships which were in existence during 1772, the only one for which an image is included in this section is that of Bedford Township. It is the only one for which an actual, original return existed in the Bedford County Court House when I photocopied them. It should also be noted that the published Pennsylvania Archives does not include any transcriptions of Bedford County townships for any year earlier than 1773.
