Please Note: Of the various townships which were in existence within Cumberland County during 1767, there are only two for which images are extant for this section: Air Township and Bedford Township. The images that are reproduced here were obtained from the Cumberland County Historical Society in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. It should be noted that the published Pennsylvania Archives does not include any transcriptions of Cumberland County townships for any year earlier than 1778, therefore the townships that were formed within Cumberland County, and later erected into Bedford County, are not included.
